Fatigue Belt
Issued straight out of the hooch, the ZF One-Size Utility Belt is pure field expedient. This is the kind of belt you’d scrounge, cut to fit, and run until it quit… except this one doesn’t.
The brass clamp buckle gives you micro-adjustment on the fly - tighten when you’re moving, loosen when you’re posted up. There’s even a bottle opener on the underside, because when the beers are flowing and you’ve already had a few, problem-solving drops to zero - this keeps you operational.
One size fits most, up to a size 48 waist, because bodies change in the bush. Cut-to-fit - same way grunts have been doing it since 'nam. Don’t want to cut it? There’s an elastic keeper to stow the excess like a civilized savage.
HOW TO TRIM YOUR BELT
1. Open the belt holder on the back of the buckle.
This releases the webbing so you can pull it through the buckle.
2. Put the belt on and adjust it until it fits the way you want.
3. Leave 5–6 inches of belt sticking past the buckle.
This is the part of the belt that will remain visible as the belt tongue.
4. Find the other end of the belt — the end WITHOUT the leather cap.
This is the ONLY end you should cut.
5. Mark where you need to cut to remove the extra length.
6. Take the belt off and cut straight across your mark with sharp scissors.
7. Feed the cut end back through the buckle and close the belt holder.
IMPORTANT: Do not cut the leather-capped end.
No sewing, melting, or heat sealing is needed after cutting.
